This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding such requests.

Subscription Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for subscription plans under specific conditions and must be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
  • Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if you have not used the service extensively within 14 days. A refund may not be granted if you have interacted with other members beyond initial messages.
  • How to Request a Refund: Contact our support team at support@divinematch.org with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days and issued using the original payment method.

Membership Cancellations

  • Cancelling Your Membership: You can cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings by navigating to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Membership.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges after the cancellation date.

Event Refunds

  • Event Registration Refunds: Refunds for paid events can be requested up to 7 days before the event date. Requests made within seven days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • How to Request an Event Refund: Contact our event support team at events@divinematch.org with your registration details and reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Event Refunds: Approved event refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Digital Products and Services

  • Non-refundable Items: Digital products such as e-books, courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable. Personalized services like matchmaking consultations and profile reviews are also non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: If you experience technical issues preventing access to digital products, contact our support team for assistance.
